Schrader Announces Lending Program for Small Business

WASHINGTON D.C., – Oregon small businesses may be eligible for interest-free loans under a new program created by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), announced by Congressman Kurt Schrader (D-OR) today.
