I wanted to send you a quick email to say hello and reintroduce myself. I met you at one of the Salem Business Women Lunches and it's been a while. I know that you have a great program and would like to know what you charge for a one time consult- for a "home" exercise program. I belong to the Courthouse only because I cannot keep a regular schedule; however, I use it mostly for cardio and I really need to gain strength.
And - my business is CPR and First Aid Training as well as providing AED's. Do you currently have a provider who trains you and your employees? And, if you don't have an AED on site it may be something to consider!
