Why This House
Recently, I was sitting in a dining room surrounded on two sides by large picture windows with some clients. The view was stunning, the coffee in my hand warm, it was a comfortable place to be. We were discussing the current real estate market as it related to their home. Their home is currently for sale and there have not been many showings.
